Duluth Stove & Fireplace is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join our team in our Duluth MN location. This position provides install coordination and service scheduling, while performing office & administrative tasks throughout the day. We offer a small team environment, comfortable and casual atmosphere, and Mon-Fri hours.
Provide quality customer service to homeowners and businesses requesting service or installs.
Maintain and manage Service calendar for service technicians with a focus on logistics and resource usage.
Maintain and manage the Installation calendar for install technicians.
Coordinate and schedule outside services and subcontracted services related to installs.
File for City permits and schedule inspections of work.
Update product and pricing information in database.
Perform office coordination between Service and Parts Department.
Coordinate with Install techs after install for any install follow ups.
Compile and track rebates, online coupons, and co-op advertising claims.
Answering phones, preparing correspondence, preparing reports.
Other general office & admin tasks daily and weekly.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office support position.
Experience in scheduling & coordination a plus, but will train the right candidate.
High school diploma/GED.
Experience working with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Proficient computer skills and ability to use/learn technology-based tools.
Comfortable with multi-line phones and basic office equipment.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, & OneNote.
Must be an organized multi-tasker.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong spelling, grammar, and communication skills.
