Job DescriptionOur client is looking for a Pre-suit Paralegal. In a personal injury case, for example, this phase includes sending a demand letter to the insurance company, outlining the injuries and damages, and requesting a settlement. If an agreement is reached, the case is resolved without a lawsuit.
