As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.Responsibilities:

Assist in qualifying leads and conducting initial discovery to support the sales process.

Build and cultivate relationships with customers, partners, and potential clients.

Conduct consultations with customers to gather technical information and aid in resolving warranty issues and parts sales.

Demonstrate expertise in explaining technical features of products to customers and partners.

Develop and deliver accurate quotes for parts, services, and support, including supporting documents and pricing details.

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements effectively.

Record all customer interactions and transactions in the designated CRM system.

Process customer orders with precision and efficiency.

Proactively reach out to existing customers to ensure satisfaction, promote products/services, and identify potential sales opportunities.

Partner cross-functionally to diagnose and resolve customer issues/challenges.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

Familiarity with CRM systems or similar data management tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Strong attention to detail.
