- Designs and implements solutions around PMO best practices including processes and standard structures to support project intake, pipeline management, corporate prioritization, resource planning, scorecards, financial tracking controls, etc.
- Institute reporting and publish calendar denoting key dates while collaborating with program/project managers to ensure deadlines are met and action items are addressed.
- Support the Director of the Enterprise PMO for preparation of Steering Committee meetings.
- Provide solutions to resource managers for resource forecasts in conjunction with gathering input from program/project managers.
- Works across Corporate departments to assist with project intake request processes including supporting business case development and ROI models supported by Finance.
- Keeps supervisor informed of important developments, potential problems, and related information necessary for effective management. Coordinates and communicates plans and activities with others, as appropriate to ensure a coordinated work effort and team approach.
- Recommend processes for continuous improvement to increase capability maturity of PMO organization.
- Performs related work as apparent or assigned.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 3-4 years of experience in a PMO support role with solid understanding of the PMI framework including the project life cycle, program management methods and resource planning approaches.
- At least 5 years of professional, related experience in consulting, software development, client management, team management, business relationship management and resource management preferred.
- Current thorough knowledge of technical skills as they relate to objectives of position.
- Demonstrated ability to keep up to date on new methods and tools in project management practices including SDLC, Agile and Scrum concepts.
- Familiar with RFI/RFP processes, tools selection and administration of program management software solutions.
- High degree of competency in Microsoft Office365 especially Excel, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams required.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of Company personnel.
- Process workflow analysis and process modeling a plus.
