Residential Remodeling Carpenter (High-End Interior and Deck Building

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Remodeling Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality craftsmanship in the construction and remodeling of residential properties, with a focus on high-end interior and deck building.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients, designer, and project manager to understand project requirements and specifications.

- Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, including demolition, framing, trim and millwork installs, and cabinetry installation

- Utilize your expertise in high-end interior and deck building to create visually stunning and functional spaces.

- Ensure that all work is completed according to industry standards, building codes, and project timelines.

- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring the safety of yourself and others at all times.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the remodeling process.

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on project progress.

Requirements:

- Proven experience working as a Residential Remodeling Carpenter, with a focus on high-end interior and deck building.

- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

- Desire to learn and grow

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay range $25-38 Per hr

Full time year round work, limited if any outdoor work during winter months
