Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Paylocity Consultant in Anoka, Minnesota. This role will primarily focus on the review and documentation of payroll processes. This role will also be tasked with resolving system access issues and providing necessary training. Responsibilities: Review and document current payroll processes to ensure efficiency and compliance Resolve system access issues as they arise, ensuring all team members can effectively utilize necessary tools Provide training on HRIS Payroll Systems, specifically Paylocity, to team members as required Manage full cycle payroll, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and in a timely manner Maintain compliance in payroll management, keeping up to date with any changes in legislation or best practices Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement improvements in the payroll process Handle any payroll related inquiries and resolve them in a timely and detail oriented manner Utilize Payroll Compliance detail oriented skills to ensure all payroll activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations Regularly monitor and update Paylocity to ensure accuracy of data. Requirements 5 years of experience in Paylocity/Payroll Demonstrated experience in Payroll Management. Certification as a Payroll Compliance detail oriented. Experience with Full Cycle Payroll. Certified Payroll detail oriented (CPP) credential is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
