Electrical Apprentice

This role supports the Electrical division by assisting with the installation, maintenance, and service of industrial, residential, and commercial electrical systems under the direct supervision of a project lead. You’ll be responsible for hands-on work in the field that directly impacts the successful execution of high-quality electrical projects. Success in this role means actively learning the trade, contributing to job site safety and productivity, and progressing through your apprenticeship hours — all while upholding KE’s commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:Support the installation, service, and maintenance of electrical systems under supervisionLearn and apply knowledge of current electrical codes and best practicesGain experience with hand tools, power tools, and conduit bending (manual and hydraulic)Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and construction documentsWork at heights, in restricted areas, and in various weather conditionsAttend required continuing education courses to maintain registrationTrack and report work experience and education hours for licensingFollow all KE safety policies and proceduresTravel to project sites, including occasional overnights or extended staysPerform other duties as assigned
