Mechanical Field Service Technician II

We are seeking qualified candidates for our Mechanical Field Service Technician II opportunity to join our Williamston, Michigan team! This position is responsible for:Providing technical service and customer support for blow molding machinery, including repair, maintenance, and customer training.Troubleshooting equipment issues using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.Inspecting, adjusting, and repairing equipment components using various hand tools and instruments.Completing detailed field service reports for management and customers.Traveling to USA and international locations (50% of the time) to service, train, and provide technical support.Supporting Bekum products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.Assisting Production, Application, and Engineering departments as required.
