Warehouse Worker

Description:1ST SHIFT -7AM - 3pm currently working 10 hour days

OT on SaturdaysEmployees on the Shipping team have the responsibility of building crates for all the signs they produce.Key Duties

Ability to use a nail gun

Medium to heavy lifting

Operate hand power tools

Assembling and palletizing shipments

Packaging shipments

Boxing shipments

Receiving stock

Pulling/packing/loading

Able to work independently and with a team

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Detail-oriented individual.Test:

Can NOT be on cell phones during work hours except on breaks. They need to be attentive and get the work orders done and done correctly.BREAKS:

Mechanical Amplitude - can they use power tools? Would they be able to build a pallet?

1 year of Material Handling/Warehouse experience - will be moved to different departments within shipping (Crate building, small pack, hilo)

1 year of Assembly Experience

Experience using Hand Tools such as impact wrecks, drills, etc.

Strong work ethic - motivated to work

Must be able to read a tape measure

Tenure must be 1+ year at each jobNice to Have -

Pallet Jack or HiloDisqualifications:
