Appointment Setter/Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)

Our client, a window and construction company located in Troy, MI, is looking to hire multiple Appointment Setters/Customer Service Reps to start ASAP! Details:

Hybrid position

Must be flexible on hours and schedule!

Start times available: 8a, 10a, 11a, or 1p

Must be flexible to work any day of the week (will get two days off each week)

Schedule will be assigned after training

3 month contract to hire

Bonus structure offered once permanent

Description:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (60-100+ per day)

Schedule a representative to meet with customer in person

Inform customers of products/services

Find out the needs of each customer and ensure we have what they are looking for
