Experience Level: 5-10 yearsSkills & Job Responsibilities: This Delivery Manager will be supporting enhancements to the DevOps platform and JIRA migration. Experience in these areas would be beneficial but not required. Remote or local to Troy is acceptable.Delivery Manager skills:

Demonstrated ability to deliver development projects from inception to successful implementation

Solid project management skills with the demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple small and mid-size projects in a cross-functional environment

Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Solid understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management

Demonstrated experience in creating detailed documentation for moderate sized projects

Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and achieve results

Good ability in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirement

Some financial analysis skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools
