As a compensation analyst at Munson healthcare, you will provide salary recommendations, perform job evaluations, market analysis, and participate in salary surveys. Additionally, this position offers the opportunity to provide guidance regarding compensation questions and policies.

The ideal candidate will be experienced with:

Evaluating job descriptions and utilizing market wage data to make recommendations regarding wage/salary assignments.

Interpreting wage policy and ensuring internal equity, while assisting with wage setting for new hires, transfers, promotions, and demotions.

Monitoring adherence to policy and recommending changes to improve comprehension, conformity, and clarity.

What’s Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, human resources or related field required.

Minimum of two (2) years demonstrated competence in compensation analysis, or transferable skills from finance, business, or human resources.
