Lead and support the development and execution of product strategy projects within Lear's E-Systems business unitJob Duties:

Drive the development and execution of product-focused strategic initiatives to enhance business growth and optimize profitability

Conduct analysis of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify product opportunities

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineering, finance, and purchasing functions to evaluate product strategies, development priorities, and technical requirements

Present results and advise senior management on product-related decisions, leveraging presentation material and data-driven recommendations

Create strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand their functional positions in order to align initiatives and obtain buy-in

Communicate technical information effectively and creatively through presentations, visualizations, and reports for a range of audiencesYour Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in automotive, consulting, or related field

Possess familiarity with automotive business practices, development cycles, and related concepts.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make presentations to all levels of management and executives

Proven experience in strategic consulting, preferably in a management consulting firm or a similar internal strategy role.

High proficiency in Power Point and Excel

Business acumen - ability to put technical and strategic questions in a business framework and vice versa

People Skills - Ability to connect with people and create insights from those interactions

Leadership - ability to rally a team and lead towards new ways of thinking and operating

Creative - ability to look beyond the obvious considerations and look at situations and challenges differently

Confident - confidence to take new and bold recommendations forwardBonus If You Have:

Master's in Business Administration or similar field

Experience in Electronics, Electrical Distribution Systems, or related products
