Legal Assistant

Fast-paced law firm looking for a full-time legal assistant. The ideal candidate will have:

1+ years of experience;

Knowledge of both Federal and State Court procedures;

Knowledge of discovery processes;

Knowledge of software applications including Word, and Excel, Internet, and other web-based applications;

E-filing experience;

Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality;

Dictation experience;

Basic proofreading, and formatting skills;

Strong attention to detail;

Strong written and oral communication skills, and effective customer service skills;

Able to deliver results with a sense of urgency.
