What they’re looking for:Lead a small team of Engineers.Manage new product development, design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing support.Drive continuous improvement and engineering projects.Provide technical/customer support and manage BOMs in Epicor.10+ years of product development experience.5+ years managing an Engineering Department.Strong SolidWorks/3D CAD experience.Experience with plastic, metal, and electromechanical products.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.Hands-on, self-starter who can work across multiple areas.
