Information Systems Technician

We are seeking a Full-Time Information System technician that would work 80 hours over 2 weeks. Qualified candidates must have basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office 2013, 2016, Windows 10, Windows server (2012R2, 2016 and 2019), Microsoft Exchange, Linux and VmWare. The candidate should also have the ability to troubleshoot telephone systems and the following software: HTTP, DNS, SMTP, POP3, FTP, SFTP, SSH, RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol), MSSQL, MySQL, and network connectivity. Must have an understanding of RAID and hardware components (RAM, hard drives, power supply, CPU, Ethernet). Experience with Sage, Fortigate Firewalls, Ubiquiti, and Security Cameras are desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and two (2) years’ work experience in IT or related field, preferably in a health care setting.
