Customer Service Representative

Stanley Steemer, a nationally recognized service industry franchise with multi-locations, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Brand new shop and flooring showroom. Hours will be tentatively be 8:30 AM-5 PM most days, with 2 days off each week. Schedule hours and day off can be somewhat flexible and changed if agreed upon hiring.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Help walk-in customers navigate showroom and assist with flooring sales needs

-Help walk-in customers with needs or area rug drop offs

-Answer inbound customer telephone calls; present additional services/products and obtain accurate order information according to scripted procedures.

-Schedule customer service orders according to procedures; is accurate and thorough to provide all pertinent details that will enhance customers’ service experience.

-Assist in contacting customers to confirm next day’s appointment schedule.

-Implements and supports all company policies and procedures

-Performs such other and/or additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have great communication skills with customers and staff

Excellent customer service skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
