Michigan, Holland, 49422 Holland USADescription We are in search of a proficient Help Desk Analyst for our operations in HOLLAND, Ohio. The chosen candidate will join our team, providing critical assistance to our Help Desk unit during the year-end period. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will support our existing team in responding to tickets and troubleshooting client issues, ensuring smooth operations during a busy time. Responsibilities: Responding to support tickets in a timely and efficient manner. Assisting customers with troubleshooting issues related to year-end inventory support. Providing excellent customer service throughout all interactions. Utilizing your experience with ticketing systems to manage and resolve issues. Leveraging skills with Mac Computers, Microsoft, and Active Directory in problem-solving. Handling issues related to Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management. Overseeing deployments and conducting basic troubleshooting as required. Carrying out Hardware Troubleshooting to resolve client issues. Managing Service Desk Tickets and Support Tickets effectively. Ensuring efficient use of the Ticketing System to track and resolve client issues. Requirements Candidate must have a minimum of one year experience in a similar role. Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Mac Computers is required. Candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of Microsoft software and systems. Experience with Active Directory is a necessity. Ability to operate and troubleshoot Apple Devices is vital. Solid understanding of Computer Hardware is required. Candidate should be familiar with Configuration Management processes and tools. Experience with Deployments of both hardware and software is necessary. Basic Troubleshooting skills for a variety of IT issues are needed. Experience in Hardware Troubleshooting is essential. Familiarity with handling Service Desk Tickets is important. Candidate must be capable of managing and resolving Support Tickets efficiently. Experience with Ticketing System in a help desk environment is a requirement.
