Part-time maintenance person needed in Grand Rapids

Apartment Building Maintenance person needed on a periodic basis to help maintain four buildings around Grand Rapids.

- Must have own tools and transportation

- Experience in apartment building maintenance or general fixit skill set including light plumbing and electrical

- Ability to carry 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 10 ft

- Be willing to submit background check

- Be willing to provide three professional references
