Residential Sub-Contractor Painter Wanted 5+ Years of Experience

Looking for a sub-contractor residential painter with 5+ years of experience to join our crew. We do high end residential interior and exterior painting along with wallpapering. I supply all materials for the jobs. This individual should be able to run a job site if I am at another. The summer months consist of a lot of exterior jobs which are dependent on weather so work/hours can fluctuate. Work days are Monday through Friday. No weekends. Must have reliable transportation. Must be comfortable working on 30+ feet extension ladder and on roofs. Liability insurance encouraged. Compensation dependent on experience. Hours can vary weekly, typically 30-40 hours a week.
