NEEDED LOOKING TO HIRE EXPERIENCED HANDYPERSON - PUNCH LIST

We are project managers that handle loads of rehabs yearly.

We are currently looking to hire an independent Handyperson (s) to visit several properties and complete end of rehab job PUNCH LISTS and Odd Jobs.

Our properties are in the Suburbs of Wayne County mostly, some in other areas close by – We Do Not Have Andy in Detroit.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE AND BE WILING TO TRAVEL IN WAYNE COUNTY

YOU MUST HAVE ALL THE TOOLS YOU NEED TO COMPLETE A PUNCH LIST

YOU MUST HAVE SOME WORKING CAPITOL – AN ESTABLISHED BUSINESS PERSON IS PREFERRED

YOU MUST HAVE OPEN TIME TO COMPLETE THE JOB USUALLY WITHIN 24-72 HRS

YOU MUST FILL OUT A W-9
