Pay: $18-20 starting depending on experience. Raise possibilities $25+

Basic English is required.

Schedule: 8:30-5pm

Overtime: Saturday overtime may be available to experienced candidates.

Locations in Canton, Plymouth and Riverview, MI

Job requirements:

Working knowledge of at least ONE of the following: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance

repair, carpentry OR painting.

Responsibilities include:

Daily completion of resident maintenance requests

Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in

Repair and upkeep of property including all buildings and grounds (not lawn care)

Evening, night and weekend on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis

Maintain cleanliness of the grounds
