Commercial / Residential Carpet Cleaning Contractors Wanted

We have significant customer volume for both residential and commercial customers throughout Metro Detroit. We are seeking established, experienced, and professional residential and/or carpet cleaners to serve properties located throughout our service territory.

Key Terms and Conditions:

+ This is not an offer for employment, but rather, would be an independent third-party contractor (1099)

+ You will need to need to provide proof of business liability insurance, workers compensation insurance (if applicable), and federal tax form W9

+ You will be responsible for providing your own cleaning tools, chemicals, equipment and vehicles necessary to perform the scope of work

General Requirements and Qualifications:

+ Responding party should have at least 3 years industry experience

+ At least 2 years in business operating a residential and/or commercial carpet cleaning company

+ Reliable transportation and ability to serve customers throughout Metro Detroit

+ Strong attention to detail with a "customer first" mentality

+ Established operational controls to ensure work is performed on time, on budget, and consistently meets requirements

+ High levels of professionalism at all levels of the organization.

+ Strong verbal and written communication

Task Descriptions:

+ Contracted work will primarily include residential work including single-family homes, condominiums, apartment buildings and/or commercial properties.

+ Cleaning staff will be expected to provide photos and documentation of work through prescribed software applications
