$25/hr Field Tech for Residential Construction Company

We're actively hiring a field tech for our deck building company, starting asap.

Who We are:

We're a construction company specializing in building composite decks. We're a TrexPro Platinum. We stay local to the southeast Michigan area.

Responsibilities:

This is full-time position, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. No weekends or holidays.

Stress-free environment

Get paid every Friday

Be a go-to for our crews, running supplies, installing footings, performing demo and warranty repair work

Compensation:

$25/hour

401k: 100% match for 5%

Medical health insurance premium paid 100% for you and 50% for any dependents

2 weeks vacation pay

12 paid holiday days

Mileage reimbursement

This is a W2 job (not subcontracted 1099)

Requirements:

Be familiar with the trades

Be professional, shirts on, no drug use, professional attitude, start work by 9am

Show up to work consistently/when you say you will, avoid no-call-no-shows, have good communication
