We are a well-established Metro Detroit exterior cleaning company serving Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. With over 25 years in business, we are growing and looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team. No experience is required — we provide full training.
This role involves cleaning residential and commercial properties, including buildings, concrete, parking structures, windows, roofs, gutters, and large apartment complexes using pressure washing and softwashing equipment.
What You’ll Do
Operate pressure washing and softwashing equipment, surface cleaners, ladders, and water-fed poles
Prep trucks and equipment; handle setup, breakdown, and basic maintenance
Mix and apply cleaning solutions safely
Protect customer property and deliver excellent customer service
Follow all safety protocols and company standards
Keep trucks and shop clean and organized
Review daily jobs using tablets/desktops
Work as part of a team with a positive, professional attitude
What We’re Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Willing to learn and take initiative
Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Must pass background check
Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
Experience in construction, landscaping, roofing, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, or other outdoor labor is a plus, but not required.
Pay & Benefits
$18/hour to start → $20/hour after training

Start as a Power Wash Technician, learning equipment operation, safety protocols, and customer service→$18/hour
Advance into Crew Leader, taking responsibility for job execution, team coordination, and on-site quality control→$22/hour
Progress to Operations Manager, overseeing scheduling, training, performance, and day-to-day operations→$25/hour
Performance-based promotions with ongoing training and leadership development. Increased responsibility, pay, and incentives at each level
Schedule & Location
Full-time and part-time available
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (optional weekends/overtime)
Based in Macomb County MI, with work across Metro Detroit
