Carpet Cleaning Technician

Our client, an independent cleaning and restoration company, is looking to add Carpet Cleaning Technicians to their team! These technicians will be performing commercial carpet cleanings in the off hours after a business closes. They also perform emergency cleanings (think fire or flood) that can be on an on call basis. Great opportunity for someone who wants something non-traditional, but still the opportunity for a career!

The right person for this position will have:

Experience in a field tech role, preferably in the carpet cleaning industry

MUST have valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check!

Ability to commit to a set, but varied schedule. Most of the projects start after the 5:00 pm time slot and could run as long as a 12 hour shift, depending on the projects.

Ability to learn the equipment, perform physical labor (move equipment, use equipment, load/unload trucks, etc) and stick to a schedule

Great opportunity for someone who needs to work an off shift but wants steady work. Comp starts at approximately $18/hr (paid based on project). Pay will increase as you complete training and have the ability to work more independently. BCBS benefits, 401k, and PTO. Some travel, but all local/no overnight.
