Facilities Maintenance - Part Time

We are looking for part-time maintenance help managing 4 commercial buildings and 3 residential buildings. This would be 2 days a week, you pick the days. $30 per hour or $480 per week. It's an ideal position for someone looking to make additional income.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Cut, edge, blow, weed whack lawns

Weed killer and fertilizer as necessary

Sweep lots and maintain with crack filler and asphalt patches as needed

Comfortable towing, loading and unloading, trailers as necessary

Repair building concrete brick mortar

Very small concrete repairs and maintenance

Small interior painting projects as necessary to maintain a "new" look inside the buildings

Take trashes out

Fill the toilet paper and paper towel machines as needed (this job DOES NOT require you to perform weekly cleaning)

Clean and detail vehicles as needed

Take scrap metal to scrap yard as necessary

Operate a forklift

Planting and watering of plants

Power washing

Must have a valid driver’s license.
