Lawn maintenance

I'm a small company needing a guy for lawn maintenance I have about 100 accounts to cut and landscaping projects as well. I need to find a money motivated guy/girl that wants to work can show up daily to do job I'm paying you to do. I'm looking for someone with experience but will train person who is willing to learn. Pay depends on experience I can guarantee 25 hours a week with 40 + being more the reality as I have landscape jobs as well 25 hrs is grass alone.
