Christoff’s Restaurant is a family owned and operated restaurant specializing in breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Since 1987 our focus has been on high quality food and friendly service in a fast-paced environment. Our menu consists of a variety of specialty pancakes, French toast dishes, eggs benedicts, freshly squeezed orange juice, brunch cocktails and so much more! Our hours of operation are from 8 AM – 3 PM Monday – Sunday.

Job Overview - Line Cooks

We are looking for professional, experienced line cooks to prepare food to our company's exact specifications.

Candidates must have at least 3-5 years experience working in a busy, fast paced environment serving breakfast and lunch items.

Ideal candidates will have breakfast background.

Responsibilities:

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

Prepare food for service

Cook menu items in cooperation with rest of kitchen staff

Answer, report and follow management's instructions

Clean up station and take care of left over food

Stock inventory appropriately

Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, with high quality and in a timely fashion

Comply with sanitation and safety standards

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
