We are looking for professional, experienced line cooks to prepare food to our company's exact specifications. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment. Experienced candidates with breakfast background are preferred.

Responsibilities:

Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.

Prepare food for service.

Cook menu items in cooperation with rest of kitchen staff.

Answer, report, and follow management's instructions.

Clean up the workstation and properly store leftover food.

Stock inventory appropriately.

Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, with high quality and in a timely fashion.

Comply with sanitation and safety standards.

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a restaurant or similar setting

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods

- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment, such as knives, stovetops, ovens, etc.

- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent time management skills
