- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Security
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the development and/or operational experience with Okta
- Experience with Okta implementation configuration administration of web agents secure proxies gateways and policy servers
- Hands on development experience utilizing Okta APIs and SDKs to develop custom solutions
- Working experience of SSO domains realms rules responses and policies
- Completed integrations Okta federated solutions
- Intimately familiar with IAM related protocols such as SAML SPML XACML SCIM OpenID and OAuth
- Minimum of 3 years of implementation experience with SSO and federation using SAML 1x SAML 20 Oauth OIDC and WSfederation
- Minimum 3 years Java development experience
- Minimum 3 years UnixLinux shell scripting and Perl experience
