Swine Sow Unit Technicians (Full Time)

Huron Pork is currently seeking applicants for Sow Unit positions. If you are interested in working with animals this rewarding career might be for you! Competitive wages at $15.00 base PLUS $3 per hour in quarterly performance bonuses (bonuses begin after 20 weeks of employment). Responsibilities: Daily animal care and feeding, Monitoring the barn environment and Following Standard Operating Procedures in a swine breeding and farrowing operation.

Requirements: Have excellent animal husbandry skills, Available to work a short-shift every other weekend, and Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

This job will provide 40-50 hours of work a week. Normal working hours are 7:00am-3:00pm during the weekdays. Also, will need to work every other weekend 4-5 hours per day.
