We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Graduate Program Coordinator to manage two of the educational programs, the Executive Master's and Ph.D. programs. For more information on the department or specific programs, please see the links below:

ResponsibilitiesProgram AdministrationManage, coordinate, and execute all components of the Executive Master's and Ph.D. programs.
Analyze and implement actions related to students and the program within the scope of responsibilities
Collaborate with program Director and faculty regarding curriculum and program strategies
Assess and improve business practices as required by school and university changes
Plan, coordinate, execute and monitor program projects, events, and activities
Ensure that the programs and their students are meeting all requirements and deadlines
Process financial aid, curriculum management, registration, and other student services
Create and run reports on student and program metrics as stipulated by program leadership
Coordinate departmental committee meetings for each program and attend departmental and school-wide meetings
Manage accreditation processes and reporting and ensure departmental compliance for CAHME (departmental) and CEPH (school)
Manage appointments and reporting for training grants
Develop communication and outreach strategies for each programs' recruitment and admissions
Assist students and advisors with milestone tracking and course alignment with degree program
Advising, Guidance & CounselingAdvise and counsel students on curricular, administrative, and funding matters.
Provide guidance to students at all program stages to ensure milestone attainment, smooth transitions and successful completion
Address student and faculty concerns and requested exceptions
Advise faculty and staff on policies and best practices
Admissions and RecruitmentServe as the program lead for admissions and recruitment.
Assess and improve admissions and recruitment practices
Manage recruitment efforts, including special events and communication strategies
Oversee the admissions process from review to orientation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years experience in student administrative services at an academic institution
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn complex software
Ability to prioritize tasks, handle interruptions, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at communicating with others
Ability to exercise discretion, initiative, independent judgment, and maintain a positive service-oriented attitude
Work LocationsHMP currently operates in a hybrid work environment, consisting of both in-person and remote work. The current expectation is 2-3 days of on-site work per week with occasional evenings or weekends for departmental and program events (such as executive on-site weekends, recruiting events)Modes of WorkPositions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department.
