need help to install new rubber roof above the existing gravel roof

need very experienced roof people to install new rubber roof above the existing gravel roof (asphalt roof with stove above it), need weep the loosed stone and put at back yard, then install insulation board for the whole roof, then install rubber roof for the whole roof including flashing . please call 6174076616
