Carpenter/property maintenance worker

Small, well established construction/carpentry business hiring for year round work. Our primary focus is property maintenance and remodeling.

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

1.) Own a dependable vehicle and have a valid driver's license.

2.) Have standard carpentry power tools.

3.) Have experience in repairs and maintenance of condos

4.) Be able to work alone (be a self starter) or with others and be able to communicate well with customers.
