Lead carpenter

Hiring a lead carpenter to be in charge of a small crew. We are a small building and remodeling company that does projects from start to finish. We have a mixture of new construction, additions and remodeling in both residential and commercial. Most projects are within half hour of Worcester. This position is for a crew leader only not a project manager position. Have to be able to communicate well with others but will not be responsible for customer or subcontractor communication.

Must have minimum 5 years of experience in all aspects of carpentry from frame to finish. Must be able to problem solve and complete projects under minimal supervision. Must be hard working and pay close attention to detail in all aspects of projects. Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation.

Full time on the books position.

Year round work.

40 hours a week with some overtime opportunities.

Paid vacation and holidays.

Company vehicle provided for the right candidate.

All tools besides hand tools provided.
