In need of a skilled maintenance man. Who can change a light fixture, unclog a toilet, sink reset GFI's , Fix a dishwasher, disposal, washers and dryers, fill cracks, repair leaks, patch sheet rock and paint.

I need someone with experince doing this kind of work. I need someone who is a hard worker and ready to be a part of a team.
