As an Account Executive at Hirezon.com, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by acquiring new customers and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing ones. This role is perfect for a results-driven sales professional who is eager to make an impact in the HR technology space.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and industry research. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate HR software solutions. Highly referenceable customer base with 95% customer retention with our hosted SaaS platform
Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships and recurring business.
Product Expertise: Become an expert in www.hirezon.comproduct offerings, staying up-to-date with new features and updates to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Report on sales activities and pipeline status to management.
Feedback and Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the ongoing development of our offerings. Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in HCM sales.
Skills: Strong knowledge in HCM, SaaS industry interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts.
Traits: Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
Work Environment
This position starts with a hybrid work setup for the first four months, requiring presence in the office for collaboration and training purposes. After four months, there is an option to transition to full remote work, depending on performance and business needs. Additional Information: Compensation
The base salary for this position is $68,000 per year. Additionally, a competitive commission structure is in place to reward high performance, offering significant earning potential beyond the base salary.
