Your Responsibilities

Maloney Properties is seeking candidates for a Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee 6 properties in Worcester, MA with a total of 273 units. One of the properties (83 units) is new construction with a lease-up beginning in May. The work hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Under the direction of the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overall day-to-day operations to include leasing, budgeting, recertifications, rent collections, financial reporting, waitlist updates, compliance, processing invoices, resident relations, vendor management, and staff supervision.

Your Qualifications

At least 2 years of Property Manager level experience is required. Or 5 years of combined experience in property management level roles such as an Assistant Property Manager or Occupancy Specialist. Prior experience with LIHTC, MRVP, PB Section 8 programs are required. Lease-up experience is a plus. A COS, CPO, and/or SHCM designation is preferred. Microsoft Office skills are required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. This position requires a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel between sites.
