Maintenance Technician

Sustainable Comfort, Inc. is a Worcester-based company focused on advancing sustainability in multifamily housing. We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support our Property Management team. This role involves maintaining and improving multifamily properties, creating healthier, more sustainable living environments.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks and property clean-ups.

Assist subcontractors and inspect properties for needed repairs.

Track tasks in maintenance software and meet deadlines.

Respond to emergency calls (some nights and weekends).

Rotate on-call duties and assist with snow removal.

Requirements:

Vocational school graduate or 3+ years in building trades.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Experience in landscaping, construction, or property management preferred.

OSHA 10 certified or willing to obtain certification (paid by SCI).

Spanish language skills a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly rate: $20–$26 (based on experience).
