Hiring Pump Station Attendant

We are looking to hire Pump Station Attendants in the Worcester area! We want to speak with individuals who are eager to advance their careers in the environmental/ wastewater industry! This is a first shift position (Monday through Friday).

Job Duties:

-Responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of treatment plants and associated pump stations within the service area.

-Perform daily inspection, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment at wastewater and water treatment plants and pump stations, as assigned.

Job Requirements:

-Must have a valid driver’s license

-A high school diploma, or equivalent, and a minimum of one year of mechanical experience are required

-Must have good written and verbal communication, customer service, problem solving, and organizational skills

-Ability to obtain a wastewater treatment and/or water treatment operator’s license within 1 year of employment is preferred

-Ability to pass pre-employment background check/ drug screen
