Job Duties Include:

-Painting

-Cleaning

-Debris Removal

-Light Plumbing/Electrical

-Light Carpentry

-Drywall

-Flooring/Carpeting

-HVAC

Snowplowing capabilities a plus

Must be a self-starter as you work with little supervision, managing your own time.

Pay varies from $18-$40/hr+ Opportunity to Flat Rate Skilled Jobs

Job Location:

-We manage lots of residential properties within 30 minutes travel distance from our headquarters in Worcester. The jobs would be taking place at these properties.

Required experience:

-Customer Service Skills: 2 years

-Carpentry/Painting: 2 years

-Plumbing/Electrical: 2 years

Requirements:

-Driver's License

-Van/Pickup Truck

-Own Tools
