Description Our client, a leading non-profit, committed to excellence and employee well-being is seeking a dedicated Benefits Administrator to support their team on a long-term contract basis.As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills.Responsibilities:

Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.

Collaborate with insurance providers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve benefit-related issues.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.

Conduct benefits orientations for new employees and provide ongoing support to address inquiries.

Prepare and distribute benefits communication materials to enhance employee understanding.

Maintain accurate records and reports related to benefits administration.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a Benefits Administrator or in a similar HR role.

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing employee benefits.

Strong proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
