Uniform Tailor (part time)

Are you a skilled and experienced seamstress/tailor looking for parttime work in Western Massachusetts.

Blue Tactical has an immediate opening in Westfield, for the right candidate.

This is a parttime position with flexible hours ranging from 10-20 hrs per week. Some remote work / work from home options may be available.

Candidate must live within 25 miles of Westfield, MA.

Job Responsibilities:

-Perform alterations on both men's and women's uniforms – with a strong emphasis police, military, first responder garments.

- Specific tasks will include hemming, attaching patches, pant braids, sleeves, and repairing outerwear.

- Occasional trips for fitting and measurements to customer sites in the Western Mass / Northern CT area may be required

-Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all alterations.

-Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional standards.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a seamstress/tailor, with a focus on uniforms alterations.

Experience working with various military and first responder uniform sets and clothing items.

-Ability to work with various fabrics and garment types.

-Valid drivers license

-Precise attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
