Maintenance person/ light carpentry etc.

Hello,

I have some apartments in Pittsfield and we are looking for a part time maintenance person to assist with repairs, meet with contractors, maintain the property. Light carpentry experience is a plus. Part time at first but can turn into more work as the company grows or we get another project.
