Sales Operations Coordinator

Take your strong bookkeeping and customer service skills to the next level! Maitri Learning, an agile, green company that creates transformative educational materials, is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our growing company. As an essential daily contributor, you will coordinate daily sales operations including order processing, customer communications, and sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process orders from multiple channels (Shopify, Amazon, Purchase Orders) in QuickBooks

- Track order fulfillment and provide updates to customers

- Identify and execute upselling opportunities

- Follow up with and hunt leads from email, phone, social media, etc.

- Provide exceptional customer service through:

o Prompt response to inquiries and concerns via shop chat, email, phone, creating shopping carts, etc.

o Clear communication about order status and shipping

o Problem-solving for order issues

o Building lasting customer relationships

o Collecting and acting on customer feedback

Requirements:

- Experience with QuickBooks and e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Educational sales experience or aptitude

- Education industry experience

- Detail-oriented and fast-mover with data entry accuracy

- Customer service background with problem-solving skills
