HOUSEKEEPER/ CARETAKER/ AIDE

You will live in a large new apartment in a separate building with only electricity costs. You must be available in the main house for five hours daily, with flexible timings from 9 to 11 and 4 to 7, for light house cleaning to service a senior man. Your duties will mainly involve cleaning the kitchen and some light house cleaning. You alone will use the apartment; no guest will be allowed without prior authorization. Arrangements for a day off can be made. The location is in Richmond. Please indicate reasons why you should be hired.
