PCA/Caretaker (Ware MA)

I am the parent/guardian of an adult male(age 28) who is blessed with Autism. I am looking for afternoon PCA support for him.

Hours: Mon-Fri 3.45-6.15/30 PM

The PCA hourly rate is $23.60 and is likely to be raised to $25/hr in 2026

Responsibilites: Assist with daily living activities, including:

Dressing and personal hygiene

Meal preparation and cooking

Cleaning, laundry including changing and maintaing bed linens and clothing.

Transportation for personal errands, shopping, dining out, community activities
