Restaurant Manager

Fast casual pub seeks dedicated professional with a passion for high quality food and customer satisfaction while providing leadership, direction and support to the staff.

Works closely with Head Chef and Bar Manager with menu, cost of goods, pricing and budgets. Create and maintain checklists to maintain order, wellness and cleanliness of restaurant and quality care.

Must be Servesafe and Choke Save certified or willing to obtain within 3 months. Must have experience with front and back of POS (FOCUS preferred)
