Facilities & Construction Supervisor

Growing facilities management company is looking to add a supervisor to the team in MA. We are a regional company with offices on, NH and VT. The ideal candidate will be a "Jack of all trades" since we deliver multiple services. Our services include Landscaping (maintenance, installs, hardscape, tree work), Snow Removal (plowing, shoveling, de-icing, relocation, rooftop removal), Parking Lot Repairs (bollards, asphalt patching, catch basin repairs, fencing, concrete repairs, sign installation, masonry), Building Repairs (doors, painting, railings, windows, loading docks, pest exclusion), Interior Facilities (painting, drywall, carpentry, exclusion, doors, flooring, ceiling tiles, electric mobility carts, etc) and Emergency Work (board ups, clean-ups, flood response). This person would work as part of a management team and would not be out on an island working alone. We use Work Order Management systems and quoting software to make our processes easier to do your job.
